Dear Molly, I just read about the upcoming release of “Madea’s Big Happy Family.” When will Tyler Perry quit making movies starring his alter-ego as a big black man dressed in drag as a big black woman with a big personality? I can’t take it anymore. Wouldn’t coming out the closet save him so much time and money? Thoughts?

I couldn’t agree more. Yet, while coming out of the closet would save him money, it won’t make him money. He needs to be closeted to keep his career.
